Limited Digital License Agreement

1. Grant of License By purchasing and downloading the digital image(s) (the "Work"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Work for the following purposes:

  • Personal Use: Personal decoration, social media sharing, and non-commercial projects.
  • Limited Commercial Use: Use in marketing materials, website headers, blog posts, and presentations, provided the final product is not a direct resale of the image itself.

2. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses You MAY NOT:

  • Resell or Redistribute: Sell, license, sublicense, or distribute the Work (in its original or modified form) as a standalone digital file, stock photo, or print-on-demand product.
  • Transfer Rights: Transfer, assign, or sell this license to any third party.
  • Claim Ownership: Claim authorship or ownership of the Work.
  • Stock Libraries: Upload the Work to any stock photography website, template library, or similar platform.
  • Trademark Use: Use the Work as part of a trademark, logo, or service mark.

3. Intellectual Property The photographer (Licensor) retains all copyright, title, and intellectual property rights to the Work. This agreement grants you a license to use the image, not ownership of the image itself.

4. No Warranty The Work is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Work.

5. Termination This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Work and destroy all copies in your possession.
